Mr. Ricci joined the firm in January of 2001 after over 5 years of law practice with the Correction Officers’ Benevolent Association’s general counsel’s office. As a retired New York City Correction Captain, Mr. Ricci offers a vast and detailed knowledge in the areas of Administrative Law and Criminal proceedings. In the practice of law for over 20 years, Mr. Ricci has successfully handled departmental disciplinary proceedings, criminal cases, personal injury matters, civil rights litigation and has drafted many entertainment and sports law contracts. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Ricci holds a Masters degree in Special Education and two permanent teaching certifications. Mr. Ricci has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Nassau Community College. He is admitted to practice law in New York, North Carolina and Georgia.
