John James was admitted to the New York Bar in 1998 after graduating from Brooklyn Law School. His areas of practice include Real Estate (litigation, residential and commercial landlord tenant matters, deed dispute matters, residential and commercial closings, condo and co-op litigation). Mr. James was the prevailing party in Meyers v. Sosa, a deed dispute matter featured as a Decision of Interest in the New York Law Journal in December 2006. His practice also include Contracts (litigation, drafting, and negotiation) . In May 2005, he was featured on the Today Show in the case of Francois vs. New York University et al., a contract dispute involving the use of reproductive material for in vitro fertilization. He also practices in the area of Trust and Estates (Wills, Life Estates, and litigation).
